Hahnchen In Estragon(Chicken In Tarragon) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 Hahnchenenschenkel (6 drumsticks)
    1 kleine Zwiebel (1 small onion)
    1/5 liter dicke Sahne (1 c. thick cream)
    1 Essloffel Estragonessig (1 Tbsp. tarragon vinegar)
    1/4 liter trockener Weisswein (1 1/4 c. dry white wine)
    1 Teeloffel getrockneter Estragon (1 tsp. dry tarragon)
    butter
    salz (salt)
    Pfeffer (pepper)
    Nebengericht: Reis and Salat
Preparation
    Chop onion and fry in spoon of butter.
    When done, add tarragon vinegar and
    let cook down.
    When thick, add small amount of wine to resolve.
    Put into a heavy pot.
    In frypan, brown seasoned, skinless chicken drumsticks in 2 spoons of butter.
    Add chicken and tarragon to pot.
    Let cook on simmer 25 to 40 minutes or until chicken is done.
