Low-Fat Spinach Lasagna - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    9 uncooked lasagna noodles
    1/4 c. flour
    1 tsp. garlic salt
    2 1/2 c. skim milk
    2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
    1 c. low-fat cottage cheese
    6 oz. (1 1/2 c.) shredded reduced fat Mozzarella cheese
    1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Cook lasagna noodles for doneness. Drain and rinse in hot water.
