Pickled Green Tomatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 qt. green tomatoes, sliced thin
1 tsp. garlic powder
2 tsp. dill seed
2 qt. white vinegar
3 c. water
1/2 c. salt
Preparation
-
Boil liquid and spices for 5 minutes.
Put tomatoes into pint jars.
Pour hot liquid over tomatoes and seal.
Makes about 10 pints.
