Old-Fashioned Apple Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 already made pie crusts
1 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. flour
1/2 to 1 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1/4 tsp. salt
7 sliced, peeled apples
Preparation

Combine ingredients in large bowl.
Pour into pie crust (it will be heaping).
Roll out remaining crust and cover pie.
Tuck top crust down and over bottom pie crust.
Cut vents.
Bake in hot oven at 425\u00b0 for 60 minutes.
You may need to put tinfoil over pie 40 minutes after in oven to keep from burning.
