"Porcupine" Meat Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground chuck
    1/2 c. raw rice
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    1 can tomato soup
    1 c. water
Preparation
    Combine ground beef, rice, onion, salt and pepper.
    Shape into 1 1/2 inch balls.
    Place in a single layer of 2-quart casserole. Combine soup and water and pour over meat balls.
    Cover and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
