Kathy'S Favorite Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. frozen broccoli, chopped
    1 small can sliced mushrooms
    1 c. cream of mushroom soup
    1 small onion, chopped
    1 or 2 jars Kraft Old English cheese spread
    1 or 2 cloves garlic, minced
    Waverly crackers
    1 stick margarine
Preparation
    Cook broccoli according to directions.
    Drain well.
    Saute onion and garlic in Pam sprayed skillet.
    Add mushrooms, soup and cheese.
    Heat thoroughly.
    Add broccoli.
    Mix well.
    Place in an ovenproof pan.
    Melt margarine.
    Add crumbled crackers.
    Stir until crackers have been coated with margarine.
    Sprinkle on top of broccoli mixture.
    Bake at 350\u00b0, uncovered, for 20 to 30 minutes.
