Crullers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs
    1/2 c. cream (sweet or sour)
    1/2 c. milk
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. sugar
    3 1/2 to 4 c. flour
Preparation
    Beat eggs; add cream and milk.
    Sift dry ingredients and combine with liquid using just enough flour that can be rolled but still soft.
    Mix well and let stand for 2 hours.
    Turn out on floured board and roll to 3/4-inch thick.
    Cut into strips, 6-inches by 1-inch.
    Fry in deep fat fryer at 360\u00b0 until brown on both sides.
    Drain on paper towels and dust with powdered sugar.
