Ingredients

3 c. cooked rice
1 1/2 qt. whole milk
1 c. sugar
2 (1/2 pt.) heavy cream
2 Tbsp. vanilla
2 eggs
Preparation

In a large pot, heat milk and rice over medium heat for one hour, stirring.
In another bowl, mix eggs, cream and sugar.
Add this to the pot after one hour.
Cook 10 minutes more.
Add vanilla.
Pour into 9 x 13-inch pan and sprinkle with cinnamon.
