Scalloped Potatoes(Quick And Easy) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 pkg. frozen hash brown potatoes
    3 c. milk
    4 Tbsp. flour
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 small white onion, finely chopped
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 1/2 c. grated cheese
Preparation
    Put frozen potatoes in 12 x 18-inch glass baking dish that has been sprayed with Pam.
    Add mix, butter, flour, onion, salt, pepper and cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for one hour, covered.
    Remove cover; bake until top is brown (about 20 minutes more).
    Serves 10.
