Hamburger Eggplant Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. hamburger
    4 to 5 long eggplants, peeled and sliced
    1 large round onion, diced
    1 can tomato soup
    shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Brown hamburger and onion; drain fat.
    Add tomato soup.
    Brown eggplants in little oil until soft.
    Layer in casserole dish first with hamburger, then eggplants.
    Bake for 35 minutes at 350\u00b0, covered.
    Put cheese in the last 10 minutes, uncovered.
