Italian Meat Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs for every lb. of ground beef
    2 1/2 lb. lean ground beef
    1 pinch oregano
    1 pinch parsley flakes
    1/2 whole garlic bulb, minced
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. black pepper
    dash of pure garlic powder
    1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
    1 c. fine bread crumbs
    1/2 c. milk
    2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
Preparation
    Combine meat, crumbs, cheese, parsley, garlic, milk, eggs and seasonings; mix thoroughly.
    Form into small balls about the size of golf balls.
    Brown in hot vegetable oil over low heat.
    Make sure mixture is moist.
    Serves 6 to 8 people.
