Spinach Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/3 c. oil
1/3 c. vinegar
2/3 c. sugar or less
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
3 tsp. prepared mustard
1 medium onion, minced
2 (10 oz.) bags spinach
1/2 lb. bacon, fried and drained
6 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
1/2 bag Pepperidge Farm stuffing
Preparation

Tear up spinach.
Chop eggs and bacon.
Mix together and add stuffing mix and onion.
Pour dressing made from first 6 ingredients over spinach mixture.
