No Peek Boneless Roast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (2 to 3 lb.) boneless roast
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 can mushroom soup
    1 can water
    1/2 to 3/4 c. Coke or 7-Up
    1 pkg. onion soup mix
Preparation
    Cut roast into 1-inch cubes.
    Salt and pepper.
    Brown roast in small amount of oil.
    Add the remaining ingredients and mix.
    Pour into roaster.
    Bake at 300\u00b0 for 4 hours.
    Do not peek.
    Serve over cooked noodles or rice.
