Steak-Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 round steak
    8 to 10 potatoes
    1 large onion
    salt
    pepper
    parsley
Preparation
    Cut steak into bite size pieces and season.
    Peel and slice potatoes and onion.
    Alternate layers of steak, potatoes and onion in a covered casserole dish.
    Sprinkle with parsley.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
