Key Lime Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (9 or 10-inch) baked pie shell or graham cracker crumb crust
    6 egg yolks
    2 (14 oz.) cans sweetened condensed milk
    1 (8 oz.) bottle lime juice from concentrate
    green food coloring (optional)
    whipped cream or whipped topping
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 325\u00b0.
    In a large mixer bowl, beat egg yolks with sweetened condensed milk, lime juice and food coloring, if desired.
    Pour into a prepared pastry shell.
    Bake 40 minutes. Cool, then chill.
    Top with whipped cream or topping.
    Garnish as you wish.
    Refrigerate any leftovers.
