Chocolate Pound Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. plain flour
1/2 c. cocoa
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 c. Crisco (I use butter flavor)
1 c. butter or margarine
3 c. sugar
5 eggs
1 c. milk, to which 2 tsp. brandy flavoring has been added (I use vanilla flavoring)
Preparation

Sift together flour, cocoa, salt and baking powder.
Cream Crisco and butter or margarine.
Add gradually sugar and eggs to the Crisco and butter.
(Beat after each egg.)
Add milk mixture. Alternate with dry ingredients.
Bake at 330\u00b0 for 1 hour and 20 minutes.
