Manicotti - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. cooked manicotti shells
    8 oz. shredded Mozzarella cheese
    15 oz. Ricotta cheese
    1/4 c. Parmesan cheese, grated
    2 Tbsp. fresh parsley
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    32 oz. jar spaghetti sauce
    1 lb. Italian sausage
    2 eggs
    1/4 c. bread crumbs
Preparation
    Combine cheeses, parsley, salt, pepper, eggs and bread crumbs for filling.
    Spoon into manicotti.
    Spread thin layer of sauce on bottom of a 13 x 9-inch baking pan.
    Arrange manicotti in a single layer over sauce.
    Brown Italian sausage; drain.
    Cover manicotti with sausage.
    Cover sausage with remaining sauce.
    Cover with aluminum foil; bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
    Remove foil; bake 15 minutes longer.
