Chicken And Sausage Jambalaya - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 to 10 pieces chicken
    1 lb. sausage (smoked)
    1 large onion, chopped
    2 stalks celery, chopped
    3 cloves garlic, chopped
    1 cooking spoon of oil
    2 c. rice
    2 1/2 c. water
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Season chicken and brown in oil; remove chicken.
    Brown sausage, then remove from oil.
    Cook seasonings until tender. When brown, add water, then add chicken and sausage.
    Cook chicken until tender.
    Add rice and cook uncovered over medium heat until all water is absorbed.
    Cover and steam until rice is cooked; stir occasionally.
    If jambalaya is too dry, add a little water.
