Tea Cakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. melted oleo or shortening
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 egg
    1 c. milk
    3 tsp. baking powder
    2 c. flour
    1 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Cream the fat with the sugar.
    Add the beaten egg; then add milk alternately with the sifted flour and other ingredients. Lastly add the floured nuts.
    Bake in greased muffin pans at 400\u00b0 to 425\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
