Linguine Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. linguine
    3 Tbsp. white wine vinegar
    2 Tbsp. parsley, chopped
    1/2 tsp. garlic powder
    1/4 tsp. dry mustard
    1/4 c. scallions, chopped
    6 to 7 Tbsp. oil
    1 tsp. basil
    1/2 tsp. salt and pepper
    1/4 lb. fresh mushrooms, sliced
    1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Cook linguine according to package directions.
    Drain and rinse well under cold water.
    Combine the next 8 ingredients in a screw-top jar and shake well to blend.
    Toss linguine, mushrooms, scallions and cheese with first mixture and chill.
