My Favorite Pie Crust(For 1 Pie, Top And Bottom) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour (Pillsbury Best unbleached)
    1 tsp. salt
    2/3 c. Crisco
    5 to 6 Tbsp. ice water
Preparation
    Cut in first 3 ingredients with pastry whip just until changes to yellowish color.
    Mix in water with fork, lifting up from bottom.
    Pick up and form in 2 balls, without working dough too much.
