Apricot Delight - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. cooked apricots
    1/2 c. confectioners sugar
    1/2 c. heavy cream
    1/4 pkg. coconut
Preparation
    Put the apricots through a sieve.
    Add confectioners sugar. Whip the cream until stiff and fold into apricots.
    Add moist coconut.
    Chill.
    Serve in sherbet glasses.
    Top with whipped cream and coconut.
