Corn Fritters - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 ears corn
2 eggs, separated
3 Tbsp. flour
3 Tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 Tbsp. melted butter
4 Tbsp. milk
Preparation

Grate corn and scrape cob.
Add egg yolks to corn, then flour, sugar, salt and baking powder.
Add melted butter and milk.
Beat egg whites until stiff; add to the mix.
Fry in hot oil, using a small soup ladle to dip out the batter.
Good!
Serves 8.
