Dr. Bird Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. sifted flour
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    2 c. white sugar
    1 1/2 c. cooking oil
    1 tsp. salt
    1 (8 oz.) can unsweetened crushed pineapple with juice
    1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
    3 eggs
    2 c. diced ripe bananas
Preparation
    Sift together dry ingredients.
    Add rest of ingredients and stir to blend.
    Do not beat.
    Pour into 9-inch tube pan that has been greased and bake at 350\u00b0 for about 1 hour and 20 minutes.
    I use in place of a fruit cake.
