Bacon Blue Cheese Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    7 slices bacon, diced
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1/4 c. half & half
    4 oz. blue cheese, crumbled
    2 Tbsp. chopped fresh chives
    3 Tbsp. smoked almonds, chopped
Preparation
    Fry bacon with garlic until crisp, drain and set aside.
    Beat cream cheese, half & half and blue cheese. Stir in bacon, garlic and chives.
    Place into a small casserole dish and bake in a 350 degree oven for 30 minutes or until bubbly.
    Sprinkle with almonds and serve with crackers.
    Keep warm over a candle warmer.
