Tasha'S Chili - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground beef
    2 to 3 Tbsp. chili powder
    1 small can diced chili peppers
    1 large onion, diced
    1 c. cooked long grain rice
    1 large can tomato juice
    2 to 3 carrots, diced
Preparation
    Saute onion, carrots and chili peppers.
    Add to browned ground beef.
    Add chili powder.
    Pour in tomato juice.
    Add rice and heat through.
