Baked Rice Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 1/2 c. water
    1 1/2 c. milk
    2 c. cooked rice
    4 eggs, beaten
    2 Tbsp. butter
    2/3 c. sugar
    1 c. raisins
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Blend milk, butter and rice together. Heat slowly until scalded.
    Mix sugar, raisins, vanilla and eggs. Combine with hot rice mixture and pour into buttered baking dish. Set in a pan of hot water.
    Bake 1 hour.
