Corn Bread Johnnycake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. flour
    1 c. yellow cornmeal
    3 Tbsp. sugar
    4 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
    1 c. milk
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
Preparation
    (Uses no shortening and no eggs.)
    Grease an 8 x 8-inch glass pan.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 about 23 minutes.
    This is a moist corn bread.
