Corned Beef Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 Tbsp. Knox gelatine, in 1/2 c. cold water
1 c. hot water
1 c. mayonnaise
1 small can corned beef
1 c. celery
1 Tbsp. grated onion
1 Tbsp. chopped green pepper
Preparation

Dissolve the gelatine-cold water mixture in the cup of hot water, then add the mayonnaise, corned beef, celery, onion and green pepper.
Put in refrigerator to congeal.
