Cabbage Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 small head cabbage
    1 c. chopped onion
    1 lb. ground chuck
    1/4 c. uncooked rice
    2 cans tomatoes
    1 c. hot water
    2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Remove outer leaves of cabbage.
    Cut in 6 or 8 wedges and place in a 3-quart casserole dish.
    Arrange the onions, beef and rice between wedges.
    Combine tomatoes, water and seasonings.
    Pour over contents and cover.
    Bake for 1 1/2 to 2 hours at 350\u00b0.
