Play Dough - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. flour
2 tsp. cream of tartar
1 Tbsp. Wesson oil
1/2 c. salt
1 c. water

Preparation

Mix all ingredients in a medium size pan.
Whisk until smooth. Turn burner on medium heat. Stir constantly. When it starts \"sticking\" it's almost ready. Remove from heat and drop the whole lump on wax paper.
Knead a few times.
Store in plastic Ziploc bag.
