Cheese Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. half and half
    1 to 1 1/2 c. milk
    1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese
    1/2 c. onion
    1/2 c. celery
    1/2 c. carrots
    1/2 stick butter
    4 tsp. flour
    2 c. chicken broth
Preparation
    Mix half and half, milk and cheese; heat until cheese melts. Stir-fry onions, celery and carrots in butter; then add flour and broth.
