Fruit Cocktail Cookies - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. shortening
1 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. white sugar
3 eggs, well beaten
1 c. raisins
2 c. fruit cocktail, drained
1 1/2 c. nuts, chopped
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. cinnamon
4 c. flour
Preparation

Cream shortening and sugar, then add eggs, then add dry ingredients and lastly add vanilla, fruit and nuts.
Mix thoroughly.
Drop by spoonful on lightly greased cookie sheet. Bake at 400\u00b0 until lightly browned.
Can be stored in refrigerator and baked as needed.
