Rice And Vegetable Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. mixed vegetables
    1 c. raw rice (uncooked)
    1 pimiento, chopped
    2 Tbsp. butter
    2 c. water
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Place unthawed vegetables in center of baking dish; surround with rice and pimiento and dot with butter.
    Salt and pepper.
    Add water.
    Cover.
    Bake 1 1/2 hours at 325\u00b0.
    Check rice to see if more water is needed.
    Uncover last 15 minutes.
    Serve.
