Goulash - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. small cubed stew meat
    1 can tomato sauce
    1/4 c. barbecue sauce
    1 tsp. vinegar
    2 tsp. brown sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    3/4 tsp. mustard
    1 large onion, sliced
    dash of red pepper
Preparation
    Brown meat and onion.
    Pour off excess fat.
    Mix remaining ingredients with 1 cup water and simmer until meat is fork-tender. Add extra water as needed.
    Thicken stew with cornstarch that has been mixed with water (little).
    Serve with rice or egg noodles.
