Horseradish Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 c. horseradish, drained
1 Tbsp. white vinegar
1 tsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. prepared mustard
1/2 c. whipping cream, whipped
Preparation

In small bowl, mix first 5 ingredients; fold in whipped cream. Serve on roast, broiled beef, baked ham, corned beef or fried or poached fish.
