Stroganoff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can choplets
    1/4 c. margarine
    2 c. sliced mushrooms
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 c. sour cream
    2 1/2 Tbsp. flour
    salt to taste
    1 Vegex cube
    1 c. water
Preparation
    Brown choplets in margarine; add mushrooms and onion.
    Cook until tender; add Vegex cube and water.
    Heat just to boiling. Blend sour cream and flour and stir into broth.
    Salt to taste. Cook, stirring constantly, until thickened (sauce will be thin). Serve over buttered noodles or rice.
    Makes 4 to 5 servings.
