Ice Cream Pudding Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. oleo
    1 1/4 c. flour
    1 c. nuts
    1/2 container Cool Whip (13 oz.)
    8 oz. cream cheese, softened
    1 c. confectioners sugar
    1 large pkg. instant vanilla pudding
    3 c. milk
    Cool Whip
    nuts
Preparation
    Combine first 3 ingredients and press into 9 x 13-inch pan. Cook 20 minutes at 375\u00b0.
    Cool.
