Coconut Cream Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. sugar
1/2 c. flour
3 c. milk
4 beaten egg yolks
3 Tbsp. butter
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 1/3 c. coconut
Preparation

Combine sugar and flour and gradually stir in milk.
Cook until bubbly and boil 2 minutes.
Remove and mix 1 cup of mix with the beaten eggs.
Return to batter and cook 2 more minutes. Remove from heat; add butter, vanilla and coconut.
Pour into baked crust and serve with or without topping.
