Ritz Cracker Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. Ritz crackers, crushed
1 c. chopped nuts
3 egg whites
1/4 tsp. cream of tartar
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 pt. whipping cream
Preparation

Combine cracker crumbs and nuts. Mix cream of tartar with egg whites and beat until soft peaks form. Gradually add sugar, vanilla and baking powder. Fold in cracker mixture and mix well. Spread evenly in lightly-buttered pie pan. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes. Serve with whipped cream.
