Ingredients

3 eggs, separated
100 grams sugar
2 large spoonfuls flour
2 sq. unsweetened chocolate
125 grams margarine
Preparation

Beat egg whites until stiff and set aside.
Stir chocolate and a little milk in saucepan over low heat until chocolate melts. Add butter; stir to melt.
Add sugar and flour; stir quickly so it doesn't get lumpy.
Remove from heat.
Add yolks quickly.
Fold the chocolate mixture into the whites.
Grease an 8-inch pan. Pour in batter and bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 minutes until toothpick comes out clean.
Put foil on top if the top browns too quickly.
