Low-Fat Chicken With Orange - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (2 to 3 lb.) fryer, cut up
    1/2 tsp. paprika
    1 onion, sliced
    1/2 c. frozen orange juice concentrate
    2 Tbsp. brown sugar
    2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
    1 tsp. ground ginger
    1/3 c. water
    1 tsp. sherry
Preparation
    Brown chicken under broiler.
    Place in dish; sprinkle with paprika.
    Place onion slices on top.
    Combine orange juice, brown sugar, parsley, soy sauce, ginger, water and sherry; pour over chicken and onions.
    Cover and simmer until tender, about 35 to 40 minutes.
    Approximately 195 calories per serving.
