Tortellini Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. sweet Italian sausage
    1 c. chopped onion
    2 cloves garlic
    5 beef bouillon cubes
    1 qt. tomatoes, chopped
    1 c. diced carrots
    1/2 tsp. basil
    1/2 tsp. oregano
    1 (8 oz.) can Italian tomato sauce
    5 c. water
    1 1/2 c. diced zucchini
    8 oz. meat or cheese filled tortellini
    2 Tbsp. parsley
    1 medium green pepper, diced
Preparation
    In frypan, brown sausage (remove from casings); add onion, garlic and green pepper.
    Pour off drippings. In large Dutch oven, add water, bouillon, tomatoes, carrots, spices, meat and tomato sauce.
    Cook 30 minutes, then add zucchini and tortellini; simmer 30 minutes.
    Sprinkle cheese on top of each serving.
