Beef Porcupines - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. beef rice-a-roni
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 egg, beaten
Preparation
    Combine rice-a-roni, excluding seasoning pack, with ground beef and egg.
    Shape into meatballs.
    Brown on all sides in skillet.
    Combine contents of beef seasoning packet with 2 1/2 cups hot water.
    Pour over meat.
    Cover and simmer for 30 minutes. Thicken gravy, if desired.
