Crab-Shrimp Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. butter
    1/4 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1 lb. shrimp
    2 (6 1/2 oz.) cans crab meat
    1/4 c. minced onion
    2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
    1 c. grated sharp Cheddar cheese
    1 1/2 c. sour cream
    1 c. dry bread crumbs
    3/4 tsp. Accent
    1 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
    1 1/2 c. milk
    4 Tbsp. sherry
Preparation
    Saute 1/4 cup butter with 1/4 cup minced onion. Add the flour, salt, pepper, Accent and mustard; blend well.
    Add milk; thicken. Add shrimp, crab meat and sherry, stirring constantly.
    Remove from heat.
    Add the sour cream, parsley and Cheddar cheese.
    Layer sauce alternately with bread crumbs in casserole.
    Top with bread crumbs.
    Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 30 to 45 minutes.
