Green Beans Tuscany - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. green beans, trimmed and cut into 2-inch pieces
    4 Tbsp. butter
    1 Tbsp. olive oil
    2 tsp. chopped fresh sage or 1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
    1 large clove garlic, crushed
    salt and black pepper to taste
    1 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Cook beans in boiling water until just tender.
    Drain and cover with cloth.
    Saute beans in butter, oil and herbs for 1 minute.
    Stir over low heat for 5 minutes.
    Mix in Parmesan cheese and serve at once.
