Taco Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. lean ground beef
    1 onion, chopped
    1 1/2 c. water
    1 can kidney beans
    1 can yellow hominy
    2 (14 oz.) cans stewed tomatoes
    1 (4 oz.) can chopped green chilies
    1 (1 oz.) pkg. Ranch dressing mix
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes
    1 can white hominy
    1 can pinto beans
    1 (1 1/4 oz.) pkg. taco seasoning
Preparation
    Brown ground beef with onions and chilies in large pan.
    Drain well.
    Stir in remaining ingredients.
    Bring to a boil and simmer for 30 minutes.
    Serve with Fritos, grated cheese and sour cream. Place crushed Fritos in bowl, ladle in soup and top with grated cheese and sour cream.
