Creole Franks - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. wieners (not jumbo), sliced 1/8-inch thin
    1 can tomato soup
    1 can tomatoes, drained and cut up
    1/2 chopped onion
    1/2 chopped bell pepper
    1 tsp. pepper
    1 tsp. chili powder
    1 tsp. sugar
Preparation
    Saute onion and bell pepper in 1 tablespoon butter until tender.
    Add soup, tomatoes, pepper, sugar and chili powder.
    Stir well.
    Simmer about 40 minutes and serve on rice.
