Pea Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 head lettuce
1 onion, sliced thin
1 can peas, drained
1 (8 oz.) pkg. shredded mild Cheddar cheese
2 small jars pimiento, drained and chopped
bacon bits
5 Tbsp. mayonnaise
salt, sugar and pepper
Preparation

Cut lettuce in small pieces. Combine first 6 ingredients in large bowl. Salt and pepper to taste. In another small bowl, mix mayonnaise and sugar together. Mix this into bigger bowl. If not moist enough, add more mayonnaise. Refrigerate 2 hours and serve.
