Chicken In Wine Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. cut up chicken
    1/4 c. oleo or butter
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1/3 c. dry sherry wine
    dash of pepper
    onion for taste
Preparation
    Brown chicken in margarine.
    Stir in soup, sherry, pepper and onion; cover.
    Simmer on low heat for 45 minutes.
    Stir often to keep from sticking to pan.
    You can add small can of mushrooms for taste (optional).
